Package Shipping
The approximate transit time is 24 hours. Please note that if stock is not available, production time may take between 5 and 10 days. Once the package has been handed over to the courier service, you will be able to track it directly through the transport agency.
Shipping is free of charge.
Returns
If you do not like the piece of jewelry upon receiving it, if it does not fit as expected, or if you notice any defect, simply contact us and we will arrange an exchange or a full refund of the amount. You have a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the package.
Any return must comply with the following points:
- It must never have been used.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
No returns will be processed on weekends or public holidays.
