YOUR ONLINE PAYMENTS—FAST, EASY, AND SECURE:
Credit Card
As a standard security measure during transactions, the cardholder is requested to enter the CVV2 code (the 3-digit number found on the back of all cards at the end of the magnetic stripe) to ensure physical possession of the card when the transaction is made.
For additional security in your internet transactions, we also provide Secure Electronic Commerce Authentication (3D Secure / SPA): A system established by Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard to enable safe purchasing over the internet, eliminating transaction repudiation by authenticating each party involved in the process.
It is based on a three-step security mechanism:
- The cardholder authenticates themselves before their issuing bank.
- The business authenticates itself before its Acquiring Bank.
- The payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) ensure interoperability between both parties.
PayPal
With PayPal, you can buy with total security without sharing confidential financial information with sellers. Your privacy is also protected by:
- Technology to prevent fraud before it occurs.
- Data encryption.
Please check the official PayPal website to learn about their secure information transfer procedures.
Cash on Delivery (CoD)
You will pay the order amount directly to the person delivering the package to the indicated address.
Anhel Taller Joieria is the entity responsible for any transaction using payment cards via this payment gateway.
10. TRANSACTION SECURITY
Anhel Taller Joieria uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/customer accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of corresponding access control authentication.
Any checkout process or process involving the input of sensitive personal data will always be transmitted using a secure communication protocol (HTTPS://), ensuring no third party can access electronically transmitted information.
11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Anhel Taller Joieria undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User to the address specified by the User for this purpose in the order form. Under no circumstances will shipments be made to P.O. boxes or call centers.
Shipments will only be made within the territory of Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands within an approximate timeframe of 48 hours via a courier service. In the event that stock is unavailable, production time plus shipping may take between 5 and 10 days. We temporarily do not ship to the Canary Islands, nor do we ship to other international destinations.
Anhel Taller Joieria reserves the right to alter the shipping method and the assigned transport company, independently of what is stated on these pages, provided it does not cause any clear detriment to the User.
Liability for the items remains ours until the shipment is received by the customer, except in cases where the customer explicitly chooses a shipping method different from the one proposed by Anhel Taller Joieria, in which case our liability ends at the moment the shipment is collected from our warehouse.
In cases where force majeure prevents delivery within the established timeframe, Anhel Taller Joieria undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible of the new expected delivery date, releasing Anhel Taller Joieria from the commitment specified in the previous section.
If the courier company cannot complete the delivery because no one is available to receive the shipment at the indicated destination, the courier company will provide instructions to the User to arrange a new delivery date.
Upon receipt, the User must verify that the order matches the requested quantity and product type. If there is any discrepancy, the user must follow the instructions in the Returns section of these Conditions.
Depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer, shipping fees will apply and will be added to the final purchase price. However, the Customer will always be informed of the associated shipping costs before confirming their order. Acceptance of the 'General Terms and Conditions of Sale' by the customer always implies acceptance of these shipping fees.
All orders bound for Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are exempt from shipping fees.
